Introduction
Welcome to Foodopolis-On-The-Main Enugu, a restaurant and event venue hire company. By using our website, restaurant services, event venue hire services, or any other products or services offered by Foodopolis-On-The-Main Enugu (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Eligibility
The Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Use of the Services
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

  • You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any activity by unauthorized users.
    You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Modification of the Services and Prices
Foodopolis-On-The-Main Enugu reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices for the Services, including but not limited to event venue hire fees and menu items, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Foodopolis-On-The-Main Enugu website (www.foodopolisenugu.com) or the Services itself.

Termination
Foodopolis-On-The-Main Enugu may terminate your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate these Terms or your Foodopolis-On-The-Main Enugu account (if you have one), you may simply discontinue using the Services.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Refund Policy
Foodopolis-On-The-Main Enugu values the satisfaction of our customers and we strive to provide a high-quality event venue hire experience. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that necessitate the need for a refund.

In the event that a customer wishes to request a refund for their event venue hire, the following policy applies:

  • If the request for a refund is made more than 30 days before the event date, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the request for a refund is made between 15 and 30 days before the event date, a 50% refund will be issued.
  • If the request for a refund is made less than 15 days before the event date, no refund will be issued.

Please note that this policy only applies to the event venue hire fee and does not cover any additional services or rentals such as catering, decor, or audio/visual equipment.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Foodopolis-On-The-Main Enugu makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Services. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Foodopolis-On-The-Main Enugu disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Foodopolis-On-The-Main Enugu will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Limitation of Liability
Foodopolis-On-The-Main Enugu will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Enugu, Nigeria, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes to These Terms
Foodopolis-On-The-Main Enugu reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Foodopolis-On-The-Main Enugu on the Services, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Foodopolis-On-The-Main Enugu concerning the Services.

Waiver and Severability
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Foodopolis-On-The-Main Enugu’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
